What We Do:
As one of the members the process works as follows:
You give criteria of what you'd be comfortable with putting as a down payment
Key Realty will begin the search and find a high-yield cashflowing deal within that budget
Key Realty will lock the home under contract and then transfer ownership of the contract to you
Key Realty will negotiate favorable terms to get things such as sellers credits to make sure you get the highest ROI possible
Key Realty will find your inspector, setup the inspection, review your results, negotiate on your behalf for remedy requests. (This ensures no unforeseen hiccups down the road)
Key Realty works with financing team to get you the lowest rate mortgage you can and will work with you to get the appraisals ordered
Once appraised, inspected, and remedied, Key Realty works alongside the financing team to close your purchase in a timely manner.
After close, Key Realty puts in place a property management team in order to handle any and all maintenance requests, leasing, advertisement, turnover, and payment needs.
Key Realty will then setup your LLC and get your rental transferred over (Protects you from liability of the home).
The team sets up banking instructions and you'll see your bank account grow on a monthly basis!
