Depending on the investment strategy we discussed, we’ll have you get pre-qualified by one of our partner Mortgage Brokerages to make sure we truly understand your buying power.

3. Reserve your home

We contact you to walk you through a deal we found that works for you and your goals. We do the negotiations on your behalf to secure the deal to give you the best return possible.

4. Close on your Property

Our transaction team helps you close on the deal while our realtors, contractors, and inspectors will be walking through the property to list out action items for us.

5. Cashflow!

Our team will manage repairs/renovations, any design/furnishing needed, handling all tenants and tenant communication, to make sure your property is as profitable as possible.
